About Me.

I grew up in Aspen, Colorado, where I quite literally took my first steps in ski boots and spent my weekends growing up camping under mountain skies. Born and raised in Colorado, I carried that love for adventure with me as I pursued my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. I later earned my Master’s in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and have been practicing in Denver ever since.

In January 2026, my partner and I decided to embrace a new chapter—packing up our lives in Colorado and moving across the country to Charleston, South Carolina. I’m excited for the change of scenery, the chance to explore the beaches, learn about Charleston’s rich history, and connect with new people in this vibrant community. Adventure has always shaped me, and this move is no exception.

Self-care is an important part of my life. For me, it looks like spending time with my black lab, Mia, cozying up on the couch and binge-watching the latest thriller, or staying up too late because I can’t put down a good book. I deeply cherish my friends and family, and I hold my relationships close to my heart. These connections and simple joys continually ground and inspire me—both personally and professionally.

My appreciation for deep, authentic connections naturally shapes the way I approach being a therapist. Just as I value the meaningful relationships in my own life, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and growth. Building trust, understanding each person’s unique story, and creating a space where my clients feel genuinely seen and supported is essential to me. It’s these connections—honest, human, and compassionate—that make the work truly meaningful.
